DMCA Copyright Policy

FazeMod respects the intellectual property rights of others and strictly complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We expect our users and contributors to do the same.

1. Nature of Our Service (Safe Harbor)

FazeMod operates strictly as an index and directory of links available on the internet. We do not host, store, or upload any files, applications, or APKs on our own servers. All files are hosted by third-party services (such as GitHub, MediaFire, etc.) and are submitted by independent contributors. We act solely as a search portal.

2. Takedown Request Process

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any material linked on FazeMod infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the offending links.

To file a proper DMCA notice, you must provide a written communication that includes the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the specific link(s) on FazeMod that you are requesting to be removed. You must provide the exact URL(s) so we can locate the material.
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please send your complete DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated abuse agent via the following email address. We aim to process all valid requests within 48 to 72 hours.

Note: Sending a false DMCA claim is a serious offense. You may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that a link or material is infringing your copyrights.
